Varsha Ashwathi is an Indian actress who appears in Tamil films. Varsha won the “Miss Beautiful” title at the “Miss” Chennai contest in 2006. In 2009, Varsha made her film debut in the Tamil film Peranmai, starring Jayam Ravi.
Varsha Ashwathi was born on April 22, 1989 to a Tamil family in West Bengal. At the age of 4, she left with her family in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu. His father, Rakesh Awasthi, is a marine engineer. She has two brothers and sisters, Rohan, a marine engineer and Sai Karan, 10th. She attended Holy Cross Anglo Indian High School and Chennai University. Varsha is trained in Kathak.
Varsha’s film career began with the award-winning director S. P. Jananathan’s Peranmai, in which she played the character of Tulsi, a daughter of the NCC, even though she had no theater experience. In 2012, Varsha played an “agent” IPS “Agnes” in Neerparavai, where she played with Nandita Das. Varsha then played in Nagaraja Cholan, MA, MP. She is currently shooting for Tamil films Pani Vizhum Malarvanam, Endrendrum Punnagai and Kangaroo.
