Tulip Joshi is an Indian actress born on September 11, 1979, who appeared in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu films.
Joshi was born in Mumbai to a Gujarati Indian father and an Armenian mother. She grew up in Mumbai, where she attended Jamnabai Narsee School, then Vivek College, where she graduated in Food Science and Chemistry.
Tulip entered the Femina Miss India in 2000. She was not selected among the winners but was noticed by many advertising agencies. She has appeared in several advertising campaigns for major brands (Ponds, Pepsi, Siyaram, GLP, Smirnoff, Tata Sky Mobile TV, etc.). She also appeared in a video tribute to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
