Mohammed Aamir Hussain Khan also known Aamir Khan was bnorn on March 14, 1965,  is an actor, director and Indian filmmaker. During his thirty-year career in Hindi films, Khan has established himself as one of the most popular and influential actors in Indian cinema. He has a large client base in India and China and has been described by Newsweek as “the greatest movie star” in the world. Khan has received numerous awards, including nine Filmfare Awards, four National Film Awards and an AACTA Award. He was honored by the Indian government with Padma Shri in 2003 and Padma Bhushan in 2010, and received an honorary title from the Government of China in 2017.

Aamir Khan was born on March 14, 1965 in Bombay of Tahir Hussain, film producer, and Zeenat Hussain. Several members of his family belonged to the Hindi film industry, including his late paternal uncle, producer-director Nasir Hussain. He also has a relationship with Pakistani cinema, being a relative of director Syed Sibtain Fazli (Allahabad, 1916-Lahore, 1985) and his grandson, Umair Fazli, also a filmmaker, experienced the commercial success of 2016 Saya Khuda e Zuljalal, himself the brother of Ayesha Fazli, wife of singer and actor Ali Zafar of Pakistan. Apart from the film industry, he also has links with Abul Kalam Azad, scholar, philosopher and Indian Islamic politician, through his grandmother. Khan is the eldest of four brothers and sisters; he has a brother, the actor Faisal Khan, and two sisters, Farhat and Nikhat Khan (married to Santosh Hegde). His nephew, Imran Khan, is a contemporary Hindi film actor. Khan married Reena Dutta, who had a small role in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, on April 18, 1986. They have two children, a son named Junaid and a daughter, Ira. Reena was briefly involved in Khan’s career when she worked as a producer for Lagaan. In December 2002, Khan filed for divorce. Reena took custody of both children.

On December 28, 2005, Khan married Kiran Rao, assistant director of Ashutosh Gowariker during the filming of Lagaan. On December 5, 2011, Khan and his wife announced the birth of their son, Azad Rao Khan, through a surrogate mother. In 2007, Khan lost a battle for the custody of his younger brother Faisal against their father, Tahir Hussain. His father died on February 2, 2010.

A practicing Muslim, Khan and his mother Zeenat, performed Hajj in 2013, an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, as well as a mandatory religious duty for Muslims. His wife Kiran Rao is a Hindu. In March 2015, Khan said that he had stopped eating non-vegetarian food and had adopted a vegan lifestyle after being inspired by his wife.

Before pursuing a full-time acting career, Khan was a passionate tennis player. Before embarking on a full-time acting career, he played professionally in state-level championships in the 1980s, becoming a state-level tennis champion. In 2014, Aamir Khan participated in an exhibition match for the International Tennis Premier League, playing in doubles with world champions Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Sania Mirza. During his visit to China in January 2018, he participated in a ping-pong game (table tennis) in competition with former Olympic champion Liu Guoliang.

In the film world and beyond, Khan is an activist and a humanitarian. He participated in various social causes, some of which sparked political controversy. He has created and hosted the Satyamev Jayate TV talk show, through which he highlights sensitive social issues in India, sometimes influencing the Indian Parliament. Her work as a social reformer, addressing issues ranging from poverty to education to abuse and discrimination, earned her the Top 100 list of the most influential people in the world in Time 100. [14] Khan was married to his first wife, Reena Dutta, for fifteen years, after which he married director Kiran Rao. He has three children – two with Dutta and one with Rao by surrogacy.

Brother Faisal Khan
Aamir Khan was publicly insulted when his brother Faisal Khan accused him of captivating him at home and giving him pills indicating that he was mentally ill. The material even reached the court and his tutelage was entrusted to his father. However, his father made the responsibility to Aamir.
Jessica Hines
During the filming of Ghulam, Aamir sparked controversy when famed writer Jessica Hines claimed that Amir was the father of her son Jaan. In Stardust magazine, it was stated that Amir was madly in love with her and that they lived in a life relationship. When Jessica became pregnant, things changed and Aamir forced her to abort the child, but she ignored her decision and gave birth to a little boy with whom Aamir never agreed. However, Jessica never accepted it publicly, but never denied it.
Shah Rukh Khan
